Probability Domain


Evans et al. (2000, p. 6) use the unfortunate term "probability domain" to refer to the range of the distribution function of a probability density function. For a continuous distribution, the probability domain is simply the interval [0,1], whereas for a discrete distribution, it is a subset of that interval.
