A cylindrical algebraic decomposition that omits sets of measure zero. Generic cylindrical algebraic decompositions are generally much quicker to compute than are normal decompositions. Generic cylindrical algebraic decomposition is implemented in the Wolfram Language as GenericCylindricalDecomposition[ineqs, vars].
